Built in 1909 by early settlers of Green Valley, Spirit Hill is one of the oldest continually working farms in the area. The main house is a faithful restoration of a century-old foursquare. The property is situated on 2-1/2 acres of lushly landscaped grounds, and is surrounded by vineyards and orchards. Located just 10 minutes from downtown Sebastopol and less than 5 minutes from downtown Graton. If you choose to “stay in” for the day you can find yourself at one of the fire pits, on the bocce court or in the hot tub or pool - lot’s to choose from! Guests are even welcome to pick vegetables from the beautiful garden or gather eggs from the chicken coop.
