Morning: You will travel back in time on a tour of this historic property, offering a glimpse of how Davis Estates developed. Your Estate Host will walk you through the vineyard and estate, continuing into the Howard Backen-designed, cutting-edge winery and 11,000 square feet of caves. Take in the sights while seated at a private table in one of their gorgeous tasting spaces. Enjoy a flight of our current release wines paired with a series of seasonal delicacies that have been artfully created by Davis's Executive Chef to showcase their wines versatility.

Afternoon: Tucked into the western hills behind Oakville, you'll wander the backroads up to this stunning location. Soak in the breathtaking vineyard views and Mount Veeder landscape as you enjoy a sit in the kitchen with Estate Chef, John Gerber and enjoy an intimate winery setting. You'll enjoy four of the winery's Reserve wines, each paired with small plates of the freshest seasonal ingredients.

 

Late Afternoon: Palmaz is one of the more unique stops in Napa Valley. This gravity-flow winery is 28-stories high and completely built into the hillside in one of Southern Napa's most picturesque locations. However, sometimes the weather is just too lovely to spend the day in the caves. Enjoy a casual wine tasting on the level 5 terrace for a wine and food pairing like no other. Sit above Napa Valley with its vineyards below and taste through wines paired with Amalia Palmaz’ homemade Argentinean empanadas.
